Shipping Policy

I aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible following cleared payment. Large paintings are sent via a trackable courier service. Smaller items are usually sent via Royal Mail. You will be informed once the item has been dispatched.

Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days for original paintings.

Return & Exchange Policy

I will happily accept returns and exchanges.

Returns of original paintings and jewellery are accepted within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be given once the item is safely received and in the same condition that you received it.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the event that the item reaches the customer damaged. I recommend using a trackable service. Kelly Vincent Art is not liable for your parcel not being returned to us if not tracked.
